FINAL TOUCH · SPRINGFIELD, TENNESSEE

Five services.
The same personal care.

Drywall, painting, framing, insulation, and baseboards. Josh keeps it straightforward: listen to what you need, talk through the work, and care for your space from preparation through cleanup.

01

Drywall

Care in the surface. Care in the space.

Tell Josh about the wall or ceiling you want to work on and what you’d like the finished surface to look like. Photos of the area, any existing damage, and the surrounding room are a useful starting point. He’ll discuss the work with you and explain the next steps.

Helpful to share: Share the location and size of the area, the existing finish, and whether anything has been repaired before.

02

Painting

A fresh look, thoughtfully planned.

A painting project starts with the result you have in mind. Let Josh know which surfaces need attention, their current condition, and your preferences for the finished look. Discuss preparation, the painting scope, and how the room will be arranged so you know what to expect.

Helpful to share: Bring your color ideas, a few photos, and any questions about the condition of the existing surface.

03

Framing

Start with a clear understanding of the project.

Talk with Josh about the framing work you’re planning and how it fits into the rest of the project. The location, existing construction, and intended result help define the scope. Share any plans you already have so the requirements can be discussed before work begins.

Helpful to share: Send photos of the space and any available drawings, along with a description of the change you’re considering.

04

Insulation

The right conversation before the work begins.

Let Josh know where insulation work is needed and what is already in the space. Access, existing materials, and your project goals will shape the discussion. He can review the details with you so the work and expectations are clear.

Helpful to share: Describe the area, the available access, and any insulation that is already there.

05

Baseboards

The details that bring a room together.

Baseboards are one of the finishing details you notice when a room comes together. Share the rooms you have in mind, the look you prefer, and the condition of any existing baseboards. Discuss the scope and finish with Josh so the details fit the rest of your project.

Helpful to share: Photos of the room, the existing trim, and a reference for your preferred look are helpful.

THE FINAL TOUCH APPROACH

A person who listens.
A space that’s cared for.

Josh takes pride in neat, organized job sites, careful cleanup, and helping you feel heard. Share your priorities and budget so you can discuss an affordable scope together.
